Biotechnological Drugs Handbook – İEİS
The Pharmaceutical Employers’ Institute has published a handbook on biotechnological drugs. It explains why biotechnology is key to the progress of the pharmaceutical industry: of the roughly 30,000 known diseases, only about 10,000 can currently be treated, and biotechnological methods are increasingly more effective than chemical and herbal formulations in developing new drugs.
